Your responsibilities

• Helpdesk – handling support requests (recording and processing Central Service Requests (ZSA), via phone, email, and fax)
• Customer contact
• Consulting and advisory services
• Compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Coordination of cross-organizational tasks
• Processing support to-do lists (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Monitoring
• Administration of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions
• Creation of customer reports
• Preparation of statistics
• Handling and archiving files on data storage media (DSAFE and/or PARIS archive)
• Installation of packages, updates, etc.
• Configuration of SaaS solutions
• Setting up customer environments
• Handling administrative tasks and supporting the team lead
