EBA Academy for EFiS AG
Successful in-house training by the EBA Academy at EFiS AG strengthens payment transaction expertise.
At the beginning of July, EFiS AG hosted an intensive three-day in-house training course from the renowned EBA Academy, the training arm of the Euro Banking Association. As part of this targeted professional development program, over 20 employees from various departments were able to deepen their knowledge of euro and international payments, the SWIFT network, the fundamentals of card transactions, and current trends in payment processing and digital financial services.
Particularly gratifying was the fact that even colleagues with less prior experience in these complex areas benefited significantly from the structured and practical approach to the content. Certification underscores the lasting learning effect and simultaneously promotes the personal development of our employees.
